William Hablinski is the senior partner in the Los Angeles architectural firm Hablinski + Manion Architecture LLP.

His professional degrees were received from the University of Texas including a Bachelor of Architecture in 1970 and post-graduate work in city planning. He has been a practicing architect for over 20 years, and is licensed to practice architecture in California, Colorado, Hawaii, Nevada, and Texas.

Mr. Hablinski is a member of the American Institute of Architects and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
Richard Manion is the managing partner in the Los Angeles architectural firm Hablinski + Manion Architecture LLP.

He received his architectural degree from Columbia University in New York City in 1984. While at Columbia, he studied architecture under the direction of Robert A.M. Stern, and American and European architectural history under Howard Hibbard and Joseph Connors. While in New York, he worked in the offices of Robert Venturi and Robert A.M. Stern before coming to Los Angeles in 1987.

Mr. Manion is a member of the American Institute of Architects, serves on the Board of Directors of and lectures for The Institute of Classical Architecture & Classical America Southern California chapter, and is licensed to practice architecture in California.
