WILLIAM M. HABLINSKI, AIA
William Hablinski has been practicing residential architecture since 1970 after graduating from the University of Texas in Austin. He opened his own practice in Los Angeles in 1976 and has been partnered with Richard Manion since 1995. William Hablinski is a member of the American Institute of Architects, the Institute of Classical Architecture & Classical America, the National Trust for Historic Preservation and is registered with the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.

RICHARD M. MANION, AIA
Richard Manion received his architectural degree from Columbia University in New York in 1984, where he studied American and European architectural history under noted historians Howard Hibbard and Joseph Connors. Manion started his career in New York in the offices of two of the country’s most prominent architectural firms—Robert A.M. Stern and Venturi, Rauch and Scott Brown. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects, the National Trust for Historic Preservation, the Los Angeles Conservancy and sits on the Board of Directors of the Institute of Classical Architecture & Classical America, Southern California Chapter.
